In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Andrew Kekoa Martin of Jefferson after he pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct- fighting/violent behavior. Court costs were $60.
Angela Maureen Bailey of Perry was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge after pleaded guilty to a charge of assault- simple, amended from domestic abuse assault. She was placed on probation to Boone/Greene County and she must complete an in-person assaultive behavior course. Court costs were $91.50.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court during the week ending July 26 as follows: Brittney Mary Dawn Olson of Jefferson, public intoxication; Timothy Jospeh Rokes of Fort Dodge, disorderly conduct; and Ethan Michael Struck of Ames, possession of drug paraphernalia.
