The Loynachans trio will perform a concert of Southern gospel music this evening, July 20, at 5 pm at the First Baptist Church, 104 W. Central Ave, in Jefferson. A free will offering will be received.
The Loynachans father-mother-daughter trio has been spreading the good news of Jesus Christ as far as the Lord has led them including Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska and Kentucky.
Jack Loynachan, the patriarch, sings mostly lead. Judy Loynachan, the matriarch, sings mostly middle harmony with a smooth tone and humble sincerity. Their daughter, Jamie (Loynachan) Skillen, sings higher harmonies. Her husband Cory Skillen serves as the sound man.
All are cordially invited to the concert.
