In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Oct. 12 against James Pena of Denison on a charge of assault, amended from domestic abuse assault. Pena was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $312.97.
A judgment was entered against Michael Allen Olson of Jefferson for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge on a charge of public intoxication. Court costs were $60.
