Greene County magistrate court, week ending Sept. 29

In Greene County magistrate court Justin Joe Downs of Churdan was sentenced to 30 days in jail after he pleaded guilty to a charge of theft- fifth degree/ knowingly possessing stolen property. The jail term was suspended and he was placed on informal probation to the Greene County sheriff for one year. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.

A judgment was entered for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge against Terence Isauh Bingley of Jefferson on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Court costs were $360.

Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Kailee Kay Davidson of Boone, possession of drug paraphernalia and assault; Jonathan Oscar Forkner of Scranton, failure to dispose of dead animal; Tony L. Bushman of Cambridge, disorderly conduct- fighting/violent behavior; Jamie Joe Francis Theulen of Scranton, disorderly conduct- fighting/violent behavior; Jordan A. Patterson of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Christopher Herbert Lawrence of Ames, possession of drug paraphernalia; Audrie Leiann Lawrence of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; William Poio of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Michael Allen Olson of Jefferson, public intoxication.
