In Greene County district court Nathan Ray Scott Pote, 32, of Des Moines pleaded not guilty Aug. 23 to charges of theft- first degree, operating vehicle without owner’s consent, and possession of marijuana- second offense. A trial date was set for Oct. 31.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Rene Dominguez, 39, of New Ulm, MN, is charged with sex abuse- second degree and lascivious acts with child- fondle or touch. The case was initiated in November 2017; the arrest warrant was served Aug. 21 in Minnesota.
A case was initiated in district court against Teresa Ann Bebb, 58, of Perry on a charge of operating while intoxicated.
