In Greene County magistrate court Tyler James Armstrong of Churdan was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge on a charge of theft- fifth degree. Both were suspended and he was not assessed court costs. A charge of interference with official acts was dismissed.
Brittney Marcy Dawn Olson of Jefferson was fined $105 with a $15.75 on a charge of disorderly conduct. The fine and surcharge were suspended; no court costs were assessed. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Parker Chapman Willis of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Justin Joe Downs of Churdan, theft- fifth degree; and Jason William Sheldahl of Scranton, assault.
