Ryan James Brown of Jefferson was sentenced to 14 days in jail, with credit for time served, after he was found guilty of interference with official acts at a bench trial presided over by the Honorable Hans Becker. Brown was also fined $250 with a $37.50 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated as follows: Grason Trever Lansman of Churdan, assault- simple; and Valerie Robin Heater of Eagle Grove, theft- fifth degree.
