Ram soccer report

The Greene County boys soccer team had two matchups last week, with a Monday night win against Ballard and a Friday night loss to Van Meter.

On Monday, the Rams took the game at Ballard High School 6-1 with two goals each by Jose Velazco and Gesser Gutierres, and one each by Nathan Behne and Brenner Gallagher. Goalie Gabe Ebersole had six saves and allowed only one goal. 

Friday took the Rams to Van Meter High School where they picked up a 2-0 loss. No stats were available for the game.

The boys were scheduled to play at Winterset High School on Tuesday and Des Moines Christian on Thursday.

The Greene County girls soccer team had two games last week, both resulting in a loss for the Rams.

On Monday, the Rams faced the Panorama Panthers. The Rams lost 10-0. Goalie Madison Kinsey had five saves for the Rams while Daniele Madsen had two in her time on the field. 

The Rams took on Van Meter on Friday. Greene County lost 13-0, no stats were available for the game. 

The girls were scheduled to play again on Friday against Treynor at the Grand Junction football field.
