Peyton of Newark, NJ, public intoxication and disorderly conduct; Sirjohn Daniels Wilder of Jefferson, public intoxication; Maranda Schlicht of Jefferson, violation of a no contact order; and Zachery Allen Waters of Jefferson, violation of a no contact order.
