In Greene County district court Kage Tyler Gordon, 25, of Howell, NJ, pleaded not guilty Dec. 29 to a charge of child endangerment causing serious injury. In a separate case, Gordon pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit forcible felony (two counts), conspiracy to commit non-forcible felony, and conspiracy to commit aggravated misdemeanor. Trial dates were set for April 4 in both cases.
A case was initiated Dec. 27 against Jesse Dean Hermansen, 32, of Jefferson, on a charge of domestic abuse assault causing injury or mental illness.
