Bargain Day, the last day of the Friends of the Library annual fall book sale, is this Saturday, Sept. 25, at the Jefferson public library.
The Bargain Day tradition continues: shoppers will receive a brown paper grocery bag which may be filled to the top with books for $4. Books without a price tag may go in the bag. “Best Books” and items that are individually priced are sold at half price. There is a large selection of children’s and adult DVD movies for 25¢ each.
“Come early as the best selections are sold quickly,” a Friends of the Library spokesperson advised.
