Magistrate court, week ending Nov. 15

In Greene County magistrate court identical judgments were entered Nov. 13 against Zachary Dennis Milligan of Fort Dodge and Chance Michael Milligan of Jefferson on charges of assault-simple. The judgments were for a $100 fine with a $35 surcharge. Court costs were $60 in each case.

Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Paul Leon Renwanz of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Regiina Fae Renwanz of Boone, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Persons paid fines for scheduled traffic violations during the week of Nov. 4-8 as follows: Grason Trevor Lansman of Grand Junction, minor using tobacco-first offense, $50, no surcharge, no court costs; Marcie Maryanna Hinker of Longmont, CO, speed, $125; Kip Dwight Hansen of Scranton and Ethan William Boyd of Carroll, depositing or throwing litter, $70; Brian Kelliher McAlister of Coon Rapids, failure to comply with safety rules/regulations, $50; Quinn Alan Marquardt of Paton, failure to maintain control, $50; Trevor Michael Ross of Jefferson, operation without registration, $50; Judith Karen Burnell of Paton, failure to yield right of way, $100; and Michael Caraher of Jefferson, failure to maintain control, $100.

Also, speed, $40 (6-10 over): *Brandon Dean Lowmiller of Grand Junction and Michael Edward Dennhardt of Rippey

Speed, $20 (1-5 over): Sherri Lynn Rosener of Ankeny, Michael Jules Towers of Churdan, and Brian Kelliher McAlister of Coon Rapids,

Failure to obey stop/yield sign, $100: Mark Samuel Kendall of Rippey.

Fish and wildlife violations: Ethan William Boyd of Carroll, license for fur bearing animals, $100;

Judgments were entered against individuals for nonpayment of scheduled fines  during the week of Nov. 11-18 as follows (original fine listed): James Matthew Dillon of Carlisle, Caroline Sue Conine of Bayard, and Daniel Nels Rongve of Kasson, MN,  speed, $20; Emily Karene Joyce of Gowrie and Douglas Wilson Burns of Carroll, speed, $90; Nile-J’Len Taylor Dockter of Carroll, failure to prove financial security against liability, $250; and Richard Allen Keller of Perry and Erica Michelle Byers of Ames, speed, $40.

The judgment includes a penalty of one-half the original fine and surcharge.

Court costs were $60 on each citation unless otherwise noted.
