In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Aug. 8 against Anthony Scott Gray of Jefferson on a charge of theft-fifth degree. Gray was fined $65 with a $9.75 surcharge. Court costs were $95.
Jason Lee Montgomery of Grand Junction was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Court costs were $131.52.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Carly Jean Hubby of Grand Junction, violation of no contact order; James Kenneth Harris of Jefferson, violation of no contact order; and William Matthew Magneson Jr of Woodward, interference with official acts.
