Greene County High School sponsored a student job fair on Monday, May 17.
Eleven area businesses set up shop in the commons area of the high school from 11:45 am to 1 pm so students could visit with them during lunch or during advisory time. Representatives from the companies discussed job openings with interested students and offered job applications for students to complete. Teresa Green, business teacher, and Ruth Broman, guidance counselor, coordinated the event.
The businesses in attendance were Tech Zone, Louis Dreyfus, Greene County Community Center, U.S. Army, Breadeaux Pizza, Accura Health Care, Brown Nationalease, Fareway, Greene County Ambulance, Seven Oaks, and Wild Rose Event Center.
