Des Moines Christian hosted an 18-hole boys golf invitational at Jester Park near Polk City on Thursday, April 15. Temperatures were in the low 50s and winds were light. The meet was won by the Lions who fired 342. Panorama was second with 346, followed by Prairie City-Monroe 357, Greene County 366, Coon Rapids-Bayard 390, and Earlham 400. Joe Weissenbuger of DMC was meet medalist with a 76.
Sawyer Schiltz led the Rams, carding 42 on the front nine and 47 on the back nine for a total score of 89. Joe Carey shot 44-46/90; Caden Telleen 48-44/92, and Nathan Behne 49-46/95
