The combined forces of the Jefferson Kiwanis, KDLS Radio and Wild Rose Casino & Resorts employees were able to donate approximately 65 new toys along with $140 cash to New Opportunities on Dec. 1. The toys and cash will be distributed by New Opportunities as needed for the holidays.
Casino employees were able to donate toys for the past two weeks, and on Nov. 29 KDLS assisted with a radio blast at the casino from 12 to 2 pm, inviting patrons to donate toys for the cause.
