Medical center lab back to normal services

The Greene County Medical Center laboratory staff is now able to accept walk-in outpatients for lab draws and wellness screenings as they did before the COVID-19 pandemic. Lab draws can be done Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.

Wellness screenings will be done the second Thursday of each month from 6 to 9 am. Wellness screenings test glucose, creatinine, ALT, cholesterol, triglycerides HDL, LDL and CBC levels. The cost is $40. TSH and PSA tests are also available for $25 each.

Appointments are required for the screening. Persons who want more information or to make an appointment can call 515-386-0184.
