In Greene County magistrate court Brett Michael Roberts of Grand Junction pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of a no contact at a phone hearing June 17. He was fined $250 with an $87.50 surcharge. Court costs were $90.
Arnold Sinai Ayala Gomez of Perry was granted a deferred judgment after he pleaded guilty to a Department of Public Health violation. A judgment was entered for a $65 civil penalty.
