In Greene County magistrate court Willie Edward Cork of Mason City was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of disorderly conduct. Court costs were $60.
Seth Michael Butler of Scranton was sentenced to one day in jail on a charge of public intoxication. He must pay sheriff’s room and board fees for the time he serves. A judgment was entered for a $100 fine with a $35 surcharge and $300 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Elisha Marie Mischke of Jefferson, interference with official acts; and Garret Lane McDowell of Grand Junction, interference with official acts.
