In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $200 fine with a $70 surcharge was entered Jan. 2 against San Thin Gonzalez of Des Moines on a charge of trespass (casino self-exclusion). He paid $30 of the fine, with $170 remaining due, along with the surcharge and $60 court costs.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Jarad Ryan Wolfe of Bagley, disorderly conduct; Daniel Joseph Tasler of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Rickie Eugene Tuhn of Grand Junction, assault; Carlos Vega Ramirez of Denison, public intoxication; and Michael Allen Olson of Jefferson, public intoxication.
