In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Dec. 5 against Shelby Lynn Thoma of Fort Dodge on a charge of theft- fifth degree. She was fined $65with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Amber Nicole Spaulding was granted a deferred judgment Dec. 12 on a charge of theft- fifth degree. She was placed on informal probation for one year. She must pay a civil penalty of $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $125 LEI surcharge, and $300 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated as follows: Jeffrey D. Sprague of Jefferson, harassment- third degree; Robert Richard Kovar of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree; and Willie Edward Cork of Mason City, disorderly conduct.
