Paton-Churdan speech coach Stephanie Pace last week recognized the P-C debate, group speech and individual speech teams for outstanding academic performance during the 2017-18 seasons.
The debate team, consisting of Jon Thede, Madi Minnehan, and Kyla Beyers, earned a combined grade point average of 3.99 during the third quarter.
The group speech team, consisting of Jack Bryson, Megan Carey, Briana Jewett, Carter Meseck, Eric Sabus, Eric Thompson, Kalyssa Baker, Kyla Beyers, JJ Gannon, Madi Minnehan, Hannah Bundt, and Karissa Stephenson earned a combined GPA of 3.58.
The individual speech team, consisting of Jenna Beyers, Megan Carey, Briana Jewett, Carter Meseck, Kyla Beyers, Madi Minnehan, Hannah Bundt, and Karissa Stephenson earned a combined GPA of 3.89.
“Many of our students are involved in many activities and still maintain strong academic excellence. This deserves recognition,” Pace said.
