Options for home healthcare will be the topic at a Community Conversation Thursday, April 5, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 801 W. Lincoln Way, in Jefferson.
Deb Hoskins, RN-BC, Greene County public health home care and care transitions nurse, and Linda S. Smith, RN BSN, certified homecare clinical supervisor for UnityPoint- Jefferson, will discuss who offers skilled care, in-home care including daily chores of living, what those services typically cost, insurance coverage, etc.
“Needs arise during and after a health issue. Find out now what you may need to know tomorrow for you or a family member or friend,” said Lois Rae Brant, service opportunity coordinator at Trinity Lutheran.
Snacks will be available at 5 pm, with the Community Conversation beginning at 5:30 pm. All are welcome.
