In a very tight meet, the Ram varsity girls golf team picked up three wins at Perry Monday. Coach Heath Telleen said it was “a great night,” and noted that Ellie Madson and Emily Heupel shot personal best rounds.
Greene County tallied 209, Perry had 210, Dallas Center-Grimes had 211 and Winterset shot 229.
Ram Rachael Danielson was meet medalist at 45. Other Ram scores were Madson 51, Heupel 55, Kaitlym McColley 58, Lindsey Paulson 59, and Serenity Owens 64.
According to Telleen, it was the Rams’ lowest team score of the season. “It was very nice to pick up three victories,” he said.
