Bell Tower Community Foundation president Carole Custer (left) presented a donation for $200 to Greene County High School art instructor Sarah Stott (right) in recognition of her students’ creation of the tower’s 50th anniversary logo.
“We are so pleased that Sarah’s talented students, Garrett Swain and Michael Hack, did a wonderful logo for this milestone anniversary and we hope this donation to the Greene County Schools Foundation will be used by the art department to support art education for our high school students,” said Custer as she presented the check.
The logo already appears on light pole banners around the courthouse square and on the tower’s Facebook page. It will be used on other promotional materials throughout this anniversary year.
