In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Sept. 18 against Edward Goff Sr of Jefferson on two counts of theft-fifth degree. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on each of the charges. He was also assessed a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge and $60 court costs.
A judgment for a $65 fine with a $22.75 surcharge was entered against Nicholas Anthony Balderas of Ames on a charge of theft-fifth degree. He must also pay a $125 LEI surcharge and $60 court costs.
A case was initiated in magistrate court against Terry Duane Straube of Selma on a charge of public intoxication.
