Greene County Chamber and Development invites the public to attend the 2013 annual meeting and wrap-up, Monday, Jan. 27, at the Elks Lodge, 103 W Harrison Street, in Jefferson. Social hour begins at 5:30 pm with dinner at 6:15. The agenda includes a wrap-up of 2013, introductions of new board members and the announcement of the 2013 winner of the prestigious Above and Beyond the Call volunteer recognition award.
Each year, past winners of the ABC Award are given an opportunity to review the nominations. It is fair to say that between them, they have invested thousands of hours of volunteer time in community service.
