Dr Larry and Mary Richards of rural Cooper met with Governor Terry Branstad on May 7 for the signing of the proclamation for Children’s Mental Health Awareness Day. Dr Richards is a long-time advocate for children’s mental health and continues to work in that field daily. ~The Scranton Journal
