In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against Patrick J. Doepp of Grand Junction. Doepp had been charged in district court with assault-serious. The charge was amended to assault-simple and magistrate Rita Pedersen entered a judgment against Doepp for a $100 fine with a $35 surcharge. Court costs were $127.84.
A judgment was entered against Ricardo Emmanuelle Rodriguez of Jefferson on a charge of theft-fifth degree. Rodriguez was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. He must also pay a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative (LEI) surcharge and $60 court costs.
Amelia Marie Kennedy of Jefferson was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of violation of a no contact order. Court costs were $60.
A judgment was entered against Daniel Ray Hulbert Sr of Jefferson on two counts of assault-simple. One of those counts was amended from domestic abuse assault- first offense. He was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge on each charge. A charge of obstruction of emergency communication was dismissed. Court costs were $76.50.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Anthony David Rothmeyer of Grand Junction has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The warrant was issued Nov. 16, 2014, and returned May 6.
