The community is invited to the annual Veterans Day program at the Paton-Churdan school in Churdan Tuesday, Nov. 11, at 9 am. Students in all grades participate and honor those who have served our country in the military.
American Legion Post 198 of Churdan will host its annual Veterans Day supper that evening from 5 to 7 pm, also at the school. Diners will have a choice of chili, potato soup, vegetable soup or oyster stew. A free will donation will be accepted. All are welcome.
