The Greene County chapter of Pheasants Forever will hold its annual banquet Friday, Nov. 7, at the Elks lodge in Jefferson. A “toast and boast” social time will begin at 5:30 pm, with dinner at 7 pm. Guests can select either roast pork loin or grilled chicken breast for the dinner.
An auction, games and raffles will follow the dinner. As in past years, a wide variety of outdoors and hunting equipment, guns and framed prints will be auctioned or raffled.
Pheasant Forever members are reminded to mail in their ticket requests as outlined in the Early Bird letter or contact a committee member. Tickets are available by calling Kevin Devilbiss at 515-386-3762, or at the door.
Pheasants Forever is dedicated to the conservation of pheasants, quail and other wildlife through habitat improvements, public awareness, education and land management policies and programs.
