The Relay for Life team at The Gardens isn’t waiting to start fundraising for the 2015 Relay. The team will host a soup supper Thursday, Oct. 23, from 5 to 6:30 at The Gardens, 1000 W. Washington, in Jefferson.
The menu includes chili, chicken noodle soup and cheesy potato soup, with ham and cheese or turkey and cheese sandwiches and homemade pie.
A free will donation will be accepted for the Relay for Life, which is slated for Saturday, April 25, as a daytime event like the 2014 Relay.
