In Greene County magistrate court Jamie Jo Francis Theulen of Scranton paid a $65 fine and a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of disorderly conduct. Court costs were $60.
Persons paid fines for scheduled traffic violations during the week ending Sept. 26 as follows: Bruce K. Binkley of Jefferson, operation without registration, $50; Gary David Hoskins of Jefferson, failure to give notice of address change, $20; and Bridgett Marie Allen of Churdan, unsafe backing on highway, $100.
Also, speed, $40 (6-10 over): Benedict Raymond Sinclair of Ankeny, *Linda Rae Simms of Des Moines, *Kallen Rose Citurs of Scranton, Carry Ann Berry of Carlisle and Randolph Louis Riesberg of Carroll.
Speed, $20 (1-5 over): Amanda Lynn Milham of Grand Junction, Miguel Garcia-Mascote of Des Moines, Scott Eric Keplinger of Clive, Cheryl Anne Christensen of Scranton and David Brian Skalla of Jefferson.
Failure to comply with safety rules/regulations, $50: Bruce K. Binkley (two citations) and James Ray Smith, both of Jefferson, Bradley Owen Merical of Jamaica and Claire Edward Triplett of Ida Grove.
Failure to wear/maintain safety belts, $50: Amanda Marie Brown and Cassandra Lee Brown, both of Jefferson.
Judgments were entered against individuals for nonpayment of scheduled fines as follows (original fine listed): Tami Lynn Greheny of Jefferson and Stacia M. Day of Grand Junction, failure to have insurance, $250; and Derrick Lynn Goodman of Carroll, speed, $40.
The judgment includes a penalty of one-half the original fine and surcharge.
