The Friends of Rippey recently purchased a new refrigerator for the Rippey Community Center at John’s Appliance and TV in Jefferson. Funding for the refrigerator was one of many projects around the county funded in 2013 by the Greene County Community Foundation.

The Friends of Rippey are serving a breakfast this Saturday, Dec. 7, from 9 am to noon, at the Community Center, with proceeds going to community projects such as flower planters and maintaining the Friends of Rippey website.
