School Night for Scouting rescheduled to Sept. 22

Cub ScoutsSchool Night for Scouting has been rescheduled for Monday, Sept. 22, at the Jefferson Elks Lodge, 103 W. Harrison (east of the Jefferson Telecom office ) starting at 6:30 pm.  Boys must have a parent or other adult attend with them.

This is an informational meeting for families to learn about Cub Scouting. Cub Scouts is for all boys in first through fifth grades in Greene County and surrounding areas.  Older boys are invited to join Boy Scout Troop 534, based in Jefferson.

Pack 534 offers a full scouting program including regular den and pack meetings, community service activities, camping, and outings.  Scouting is “fun with a purpose” while advancing through the ranks and striving to live by the 12 points of the Scout Law.
