Greene County Republicans and Greene County Democrats will hold mid-term caucuses Monday, Feb. 2. A person must be registered as a voter of the party whose caucus they attend, but voter registrations can be updated at the caucus.
Republicans will meet by precinct as follows: Central precinct, Clover Hall at the Greene County Fairgrounds; East precinct, Grand Junction Community Center; Jefferson 1 (J1), Greene County Elementary School; Jefferson 2 (J2), Greene County Courthouse; North precinct, Churdan Community Room; and West precinct, Scranton Community Center;
Doors will open at 6 pm, with caucuses at 7 pm.
All Greene County Democrats will meet at the Jefferson municipal building, second floor. Doors will open at 6 pm, with the caucus at 7 pm. Democrats will construct the 2026 Greene County platforms; elect unbound delegates and alternates to the county convention; Elect precinct committee persons to the county central committee; and identify candidates for public service at the local, state, and national levels.
