The Jefferson Elks Lodge thru an ENF Beacon grant donated $4,750.00 to the Greene County Christian Action Resource Center (food pantry), and $4,750.00 to Congregate Meals Division of Elder Bridge. These donations are done to assist both local charities in providing meals to individuals, families, and elderly people who are experiencing food insecurities.
“This shows the commitment of support that the local Elks Lodge has for our city and county. Elks strive to offer compassion and caring for everyone in Greene County,” an Elks spokesperson said.
