A new Greene County 4-H club officially launched on January 4 with its first meeting, bringing together members looking to build their 4-H journey.
During the meeting, members participated in an icebreaker activity and learned the basics of parliamentary procedure and voting protocols. Members then put those skills into practice by voting to select their club name, The Clover Connection 4-H Club. Club leaders Tracy Deal and Amber Lawton conducted an installation ceremony welcoming all members into the newly formed club.

In the coming weeks, the group will continue building communication and leadership skills as well as expand the club structure. Election of officers is scheduled to take place at the club’s next meeting on Feb. 1.
