Haley Equipment in Carroll and Rockwell City is hosting a food drive now through Dec. 23 to support area families in need.
“Recognizing a growing need in our region, our employees have long collected donations for local food pantries. This year, we wanted to do something extra for families, so last week we invited Santa Claus to visit with kids, make crafts, enjoy a treat and bring in a non-perishable food item to donate. Our hope is that this event and ongoing food drive encourages even more donations,” said Jessica Rohe, marketing director at Haley Equipment. “At Haley Equipment, we’re committed to bringing joy to our communities and giving back. We’re grateful for the generosity of the wonderful people in our communities.”
For people who were not able to attend the event last week, they can still drop off donations at either location now through Dec. 23. Monetary donations for the food pantries are also accepted. Haley Equipment is located at 19504 Highway 30 West in Carroll and 1101 E. High St in Rockwell City.
