The month of Halloween is a time for storytelling. The Ink Society, a writing group sponsored by the Jefferson public library, is planning a special event Saturday, Oct. 18, at Pickaway Americana. The public is invited to listen to original stories written and read by Ink Society members. The event, called “Haunted Voices”, and will begin at 10am. Pickaway is located at 704 N. Elm, with access under the overpass on Highway 4.
The Ink Society is a group of local people interested in expanding and supporting each other’s creative writing projects. The group is facilitated by Wendy Taylor and meets twice a month at the Jefferson public library. There is no cost to participate and new members are welcome to join anytime.
