In Greene Country magistrate court disposition was entered Aug. 20 in a case in with Scott Eugene Spurgeon of Grand Junction was charged with harassment- third degree. Spurgeon was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $159.60.
Cases were initiated as follows: Melissa Sue Dopheide of Breda, assault- contact insulting or offensive, and disorderly conduct- abusive epithet/ threatening gesture; and Andrew Vernon Wempe of Scranton, disorderly conduct- abusive epithet/ threatening gesture.
