In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered July 30 against Alexander Douglas Duff of Scranton on a charge of disorderly conduct- fighting/violent behavior. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $55.
Cases were initiated as follows: Duane Edward Forkner of Jefferson, assault- older individual; Scott Eugene Spurgeon of Grand Junction, harassment- third degree; and Zachariah Ray Van of Milan, MO, public intoxication.
