Addison Gannon was named Greene County Fair Queen and will represent Greene County in the State Fair Queen pageant next month.
Gannon will be a senior at Greene County High School this fall. She has been an active 4-H member for eight years and has participated in numerous activities throughout high school, including cheer, volleyball, track, softball, National Honor Society, Interact, FCA, and youth group. In her free time, Addison enjoys volunteering in the community, spending time with friends and family, and working. She plans to attend college after graduation to pursue a career as a registered nurse. She is the daughter of Ben and Maleea Gannon.
Judges for the fair queen contest were Deb Marquardt, Alicia Huen and Elise Badger.
Kinley Minnehan and Simon Gannon were selected as Little Miss and Little Mister. Nine girls and five boys entered that event, with the winners selected by random drawing.
