In Greene County magistrate court Chad Christopher Louk of Jefferson was sentenced May 9 to seven days in jail on a charge of violation of a no contact order. The jail term is concurrent to a term in a case in which he was charged with assault with intent to cause injury. District court judge James B. McCarville entered the judgment.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court during the week ending May 9 as follows: Beverly Ann Hickox of Des Moines, possession of drug paraphernalia; Kenneth Joseph Bonnette of Scranton, violation of no contact order; Daniel Joseph Tasler of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Linda Sue Moran of Denison, simulated public intoxication; and Matthew Jordan Moran of Denison, public intoxication.
