He also pleaded guilty to a charge of domestic abuse assault and was granted a deferred judgment on the charge. He was placed on probation to Boone/Greene County Probation for one year. He must pay a $90 domestic crime surcharge along with a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge. He must complete the Iowa domestic abuse program course. Court costs were $136.50.
