In Greene County district court Tanisha Renee Gully, 41, of Fort Dodge was sentenced Feb. 19 to 10 days in jail after she changed her plea to guilty to a charge of driving while license barred. She will receive credit for time served. Gully was fined $1,000 with a $150 surcharge. Court costs were $100. (Sentencing: Honorable Ashley Beisch)
Steven Vonzaubuesnig Randall, 60, of Boone was sentenced to 10 years in prison after he changed his plea to guilty to a charge of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver. He will receive credit for time served, and the sentence is concurrent to the sentence in a Webster County case. Randall was fined $1,000 with a $150 surcharge; both were suspended. The court found him unable to pay restitution for his court appointed attorney and court costs. A charge of possession of marijuana- third or subsequent offense was dismissed. Beau Robert Davis, 18, of Grand Junction was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with all but two days suspended, after he changed his plea to guilty to a charge of operating while intoxicated. He may complete a two-day weekend diversion program in lieu of the jail time. He must undergo a substance abuse evaluation and complete any recommendations. Davis was fined $1,250 with a $187.50 surcharge; one-half will be waived if he obtains a temporary restricted license. A charge of possession of marijuana was dismissed; he was placed on probation to Boone/Greene County Probation for one year on that charge. Court costs were $100. Disposition was also entered in a magistrate case in which Davis was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60. Persons pleaded not guilty at arraignment as follows: Ashley Marie Spaulding, 27, of Jefferson, accessory after the fact, and in a separate case, possession of marijuana; Leeroy Dominic Steadman III, 24, of Grand Junction, sex abuse- third degree, child victim (two counts); Brooklyn Ruby Renshaw, 19, of Scranton, operating while intoxicated; Darrien Michael Lamar Peterson, 18, of Churdan, possession of marijuana and person ineligible to carry dangerous weapon; Lonnie Joe Walker Jr, 47, of Carroll, operating while intoxicated- second offense and child endangerment; and Latoya Lynn Preston, 48, of Fort Dodge, driving while license barred. Trial dates were set for April 8 in every case.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Craig Robert Arthur, 47, of Ogden has been charged with burglary- second degree and unauthorized use of credit less than $1,500. The case was initiated April 16, 2024; the warrant was served Feb. 20, 2025.
