Greene County magistrate court, week ending Feb. 7

In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Feb. 4 against Stephenie Lynn Scigliano of Des Moines after she pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief- fifth degree. She was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. She must pay $340.23 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees and $193.50 court costs.

A judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Francisco Jesus Ordaz of Marshalltown after he changed his plea to guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He must undergo a substance abuse evaluation and complete any recommended treatment. He must pay restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees not to exceed $200 and $60 court costs.

A judgment was entered against Michael Rumley of Jefferson on a charge of theft- fifth degree. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.

A judgment was entered against Jamie Skylar Wade of Grand Junction on a charge of disorderly conduct- fighting/violent behavior. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.

Daryl Eugene Agent of Odgen pleaded not guilty Feb. 5 to a charge of theft- fifth degree. A trial date was set for April 8.

Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Eric Thomas Winger of Jefferson was charged Nov. 12 with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Neal W. Schoon of Bayard, harassment- third degree; Hayden Fister of Des Moines, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Danica Goff Hueser of Jefferson, disorderly conduct- fighting/violent behavior.
