The cast has been named for the Greene County Community Players’ spring presentation of the comedy “Sylvia” by A.R. Gurney.
Josh Tuel and Trisha Bauer will play the roles of Greg and Kate, a married couple who are adjusting to being empty nesters. Alyssa Sparks plays the role of Sylvia, a rambunctious Labradoodle who adopts Greg, and creates marital strife as Kate doesn’t see her charm. Ashley Elliott plays three different small roles.
The play will be directed by Ash Elliott with technical director Clay Ross.
Performances are set for Friday and Saturday April 4 and 5 at 7 pm, and Sunday, April 6, at 2 pm at the Greene County High School auditorium. “Sylvia” includes mature language and humor.
