In Greene County magistrate court Michael Allen Olson of Jefferson was sentenced Jan. 10 to 60 days in jail after he changed his plea to guilty to two counts of harassment- third degree (30 days on each count). The jail terms were suspended and he was placed on probation to Boone/Greene County Probation for one year. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge on each count. One count of harassment- third degree was dismissed. Court costs were $60.
A judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Hayley Lynn Brown of Jefferson on one count of harassment- third degree. Another count of harassment- third degree was dismissed. Court costs were $91.50.
