In Greene County district court persons pleaded not guilty at arraignment as follows: Samantha Nicole Randall, 38, of Des Moines, unlawful possession of prescription drug (two counts) and possession of methamphetamine- third or subsequent offense; and Kenney Allen Cathers, 61, of Jefferson, operating while intoxicated- second offense. Trial dates were set for Jan. 28 in both cases.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Andrew Vernon Wempe, 41, of Scranton, possession of methamphetamine; and Brooklyn Ruby Renshaw, 18, of Scranton, possession of marijuana.
